Bound as one, to love, honor, or burn.

Book Summary:
Two years ago, Louise le Blanc fled her coven and took shelter in the city of Cesarine, forsaking all magic and living off whatever she could steal. There, witches like Lou are hunted. They are feared. And they are burned.
As a huntsman of the Church, Reid Diggory has lived his life by one principle: Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. But when Lou pulls a wicked stunt, the two are forced into an impossible situation—marriage.
Lou, unable to ignore her growing feelings, yet powerless to change what she is, must make a choice. And love makes fools of us all.

There is only one word to describe this lovely morsel of a story:
EPIC!
I finished it a few days ago, but as you can see I’m still struggling to put words to how wonderful this book was.
The romance, the historical fantasy feel, the characters were all just spot freaking on.
Lou, Reid, Ansel, Coco, Beau even, are all beautiful little cinnamon rolls and must be protected at all costs! I loved them.
I loved this book!
Shelby Mahurin rocks, this book is a must MUST read.
The Rating:
Five toadies!

Favorite character(s):
It’s a tie between Ansel and Lou.
Ansel is just the most precious person ever.
Lou, man, does she have a foul mouth, but a heart made of pure gold.
